Starbucks Screw-ups

You know that feeling you get when the Barista at Starbucks puts your drink on the bar, looks at the name, gets that puzzled expression on their face, and calls out something that makes you cringe?

Don't get me wrong... I love Starbucks, its friendly employees, and all its delicious, caffeinated concoctions that keep us going throughout the day, but sometimes i've just gotta laugh at the absurdity of some of the names these people write on our cups.

Yes, it's happened to all of us at some point. This blog is dedicated to the most embarrassing, hilarious and generally ridiculous screw-ups that happen when Starbucks employees try and fail to understand some of the more unique names of the world.

I claim absolutely no affiliation with the Starbucks company. No copyright infringement here! Just a girl finding humor in the horrendous misspellings of every day people.

Our names are “Danielle” and “Gina”.

This was my first Starbucks trip ever (yesterday) and it amused me. My name’s Kirsty…how did he get Caristin?

My name is most definitely Calla. So close. It’s better than getting Kayla, which is the most common spelling/pronunciation I get.
